📌 1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of our business — offering custom digital services — we do not offer refunds once the service has been started, worked on, or delivered, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our digital services include:

  • Website design and development
  • Domain registration and setup
  • SEO services (on-page optimization, audits)
  • Premium backlink campaigns
  • Hosting and maintenance
  • Digital consultations

🚫 2. No Refunds After Service Begins

Once your project is confirmed and we begin work based on your requirements or your completed form (cahier des charges), you are no longer eligible for a refund. This includes partial work or early delivery stages. All sales are final once the service begins.

✅ 3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional conditions:

  • The service was paid for, but no work has been started within 5 business days.
  • You submitted payment by mistake (duplicate payment for the same service).
  • Your project is canceled before we begin any custom work or content.
  • We are unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons.

🔄 4. Service Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of a service (such as web design or SEO delivery), we offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions to ensure it meets your expectations.

Revisions are available only within 7 days after delivery. After that, additional work may be charged as a separate service.

❗ 5. Domain Registration and Hosting – Non-Refundable

Domain names, hosting plans, and SSL certificates are purchased from third-party registrars on your behalf. These services are non-refundable once purchased, even if you cancel your website project. Domains are registered in your name and you retain full rights over them.

📈 6. Backlink Campaigns – Non-Reversible

Due to the nature of backlink services (DA30+, DA50+), once links are placed and indexed, they cannot be removed or canceled. Therefore, backlink purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances.

However, if we are unable to deliver backlinks to the agreed authority or country (France, UK, Germany, etc.), we will either offer alternatives or issue a partial refund.

💳 7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take payment security seriously. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us directly first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us will be considered a violation of this policy, and you may lose access to our services or future support.

  • Email address used for the order
  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for requesting a refund
